Solution cohesively powers delivery of educational content and applications via tablets, mobile apps, kiosks, digital signage and more

New York, NY, January 19, 2022 Advancing its core technology offering, Equiva today announced a major upgrade to its health relationship management (HRM) platform, an omnichannel SaaS offering that helps healthcare organizations develop and retain long-term customer relationships. The enhancements improve user experience, including new features to orient users to the solution and maximize usage. Comprehensive back-end updates improve device tracking, data collection, reporting, performance and extensibility.

According to Equiva CEO Nir Altman, healthcare organizations (HCOs) face increasing pressures both from rapid shifts in healthcare consumerization and market entry by nontraditional players including big-box retailers. “Moving to a more customer-centric model is imperative for those providing healthcare services,” Altman stated. “Our HRM environment bridges data analytics with education and behavioral science-driven methodologies to purposefully mobilize intelligence-driven action among consumers, patients, their loved ones, and members of the care team.”

Equiva developed its HRM platform to help HCOs more cohesively leverage digital engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing patients and attract new customers. “We blend unique aspects of patient engagement, care management, and marketing capabilities into our digital environment, all within the framework of improving clinical outcomes and financial results,” Altman stated. “We thank our customers who’ve been instrumental in helping us refine our technology as they adapt to shifting digital health and pandemic-driven demands.”

Key enhancements include

  • added capabilities for HCOs to package and customize the way content and applications are presented to users
  • new ever-present navigation to ensure users are never more than two clicks away from a next selection
  • new functionality giving users access to customized online tutorials and quick-start shortcuts to increase usage and decrease drop-off rates
  • newly added multilingual capability for non-English speakers to self-select a fully immersive experience in nearly all languages
  • a more engaging interface and vibrant color palette to attract user interest
  • unique device location identifiers to improve remote access and updating, enhance inventory management and empower more granular-level data capture
